- 325,000-square-foot hockey and soccer facility, will accommodate the CarShield AAA Hockey & Futbol clubs, which currently serve over 500 youth and 45 teams in the St. Louis area.
$60 million indoor-and-outdoor sports facility, scheduled to start construction fall 2024, will be one of the largest facilities in the Midwest.
- The facility will feature four indoor turf soccer fields, two indoor ice rinks, team locker rooms, a pro shop, training and fitness spaces, a restaurant, bar, concessions, classrooms, competition ice rinks, educational hockey and soccer academies, youth training, food, and year-round entertainment, according to the release.
On the facility's exterior, there will be three turf soccer fields, concessions, a dining patio and a children’s playground.
Centene Community Ice Center (Maryland Heights) WEB FB
- Opened in September 2019 and is privately managed by OVG360. OVG360, a division of Oak View Group, is a full-service venue management company that is making a positive disruption in the live entertainment and hospitality industry.
- CCIC is as a state-of-the-art facility designed for hockey programming that is curated for all ages and skill levels. It houses three sheets of ice year-round and also features an outdoor rink for use in winter months. It is the official practice facility for the St. Louis Blues of the National Hockey League (NHL) and serves as the home rink for Lindenwood University (NCAA DI). Alongside hockey development programs, the facility also offers freestyle skating and daily public skate sessions providing a unique experience for locals to get on the ice.
